Experienced House Cleaner / Housekeeping Team Member
Heaven On Earth Cleaning is seeking experienced, dependable Housekeeping Team Members to serve clients throughout Monterey County, including Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Marina, Seaside, Salinas, Carmel Valley, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, communicate professionally, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Our team provides residential cleaning, move-out cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, and light commercial cleaning services.
Because our team works inside clients' homes and businesses, professionalism, trustworthiness, and reliability are essential.
This is physically demanding work and is best suited for someone seeking stable, long-term employment with a company that values reliability, professionalism, honesty, and quality workmanship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Residential house cleaning
- Move-out and move-in cleaning
- Vacation rental cleaning and turnovers
- Light office and retail cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and detailed cleaning
- Making beds and restocking vacation rentals when required
- Reporting maintenance concerns through our company app
- Following company procedures and cleaning standards
- Taking required before-and-after photos for quality control and documentation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years professional residential cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Live Scan/background screening required (reimbursed after 90 days of employment)
- Must be at least 18 years old
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and standing
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- Starting pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour DOE
- Performance-based pay increases available
- Paid mileage between job sites using company-approved mileage tracking
- $5 cell phone reimbursement per pay period
- Part-time to Full-time opportunities available
- Day shifts with occasional evening shifts as needed
- Saturday availability required
