Job Summary:This position demands a skilled Workday HRIS professional to provide essential operational support and resolve user inquiries. You will be instrumental in maintaining data accuracy, developing reports, and optimizing HR technology processes within a growing organization. This role offers a dynamic environment for managing daily system tasks and contributing to future HR technology enhancements.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming HRIS support requests and provide timely resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and rectify system issues, user data discrepancies, and transactions.
- Create, modify, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
- Support HR technology process improvements and system enhancements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to HR stakeholders and end-users.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience with Workday HCM administration and support.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday data and system issues.
- Strong skills in developing and modifying Workday reports and analytics.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience supporting HR technology and HRIS functions, preferably within a mid-size global organization undergoing transformation.
