Title: Business Systems Analyst

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to support a major systems transition as our IT organization takes over administration of Concur, our travel and expense (T&E) platform. This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of Finance, IT, and business operations perfect for someone who thrives on structure, documentation, and cross-functional problem-solving during a fast-paced go-live.
You'll drive access remediation, map current-state T&E workflows, align Finance and Travel stakeholders on a new support model, and ensure Concur's integration with Workday Financials is clean and go-live ready.
What You'll Do
- System Administration & Access Remediation (35%) – Manage day-to-day Concur administration; ensure role configurations meet security and audit standards.
- Workflow Documentation & Mapping (30%) – Document current-state T&E workflows, approval chains, and expense policies; identify Workday Financials integration touchpoints and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement (20%) – Partner with Finance and Travel business owners to define the new IT vs. business ownership model; lead alignment sessions on responsibilities and escalation paths.
- Go-Live Readiness (15%) – Track milestones in Jira, support readiness validation, and contribute to executive status reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of BSA or system administration experience with Concur or a comparable T&E/expense platform
- Working knowledge of Workday Financials, especially expense workflows and Concur integration points
- Experience with role-based access management and security remediation in enterprise financial systems
- Strong documentation skills business processes, approval configurations, system access models
- Experience/Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable proactively escalating issues and engaging stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience
- A self-starter mindset with the flexibility to take on responsibilities beyond Concur as the finance function evolves
