Professional Cleaner – Part-time

Keystone Management is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our team. This position plays a critical role in preparing apartment homes for new residents and maintaining the high standards our communities are known for. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and has prior professional cleaning experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform detailed apartment turnover cleaning to ensure units are move-in ready
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, windows, floors, and other surfaces
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or damages observed during cleaning
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
- Consistently meet Keystone's cleanliness and quality standards
Qualifications
- Professional residential, commercial, hotel, or apartment turnover cleaning experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent reliability, attendance, and time management skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
Compensation
Starting at $19.00 per hour.
