Opportunity Overview:

As the HRIS & Data Analytics Sr. Specialist, you will split your time evenly between maintaining and developing HR systems and tools, and managing HR data, reporting, and analytics. You will act as subject matter expert for both HR systems and HR data, manage enhancement projects and change requests, build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions, and provide training and documentation support to the team.
What you will achieve:
- Systems Administration & Troubleshooting (HRIS): Serve as subject matter expert for our core HR system (Workday), leading troubleshooting efforts for system integrations, data pipeline issues, and recurring configuration errors. Conduct root cause analysis and implement systematic solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Data Analysis & Reporting (Data & Analytics): Build and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that translate raw HR data into actionable insights for HR leadership. Analyze data patterns and trends to identify process improvement opportunities and support data validation for organizational changes and workforce planning initiatives.
- Stakeholder Data Partnership (Data & Analytics): Proactively communicate with stakeholders on data quality issues and resolution timelines, and support ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior leadership and strategic initiatives.
- HR Systems Development (HRIS): Maintain and configure HR systems, processes, and tools, and partner with your manager to identify and implement enhancements that improve both system performance and data quality.
- Subject Matter Expertise (HRIS): Act as point of contact for questions related to our HR tools and systems, coordinate incident resolution, and manage enhancement projects and change requests in line with POP MART’s standards.
- Analytics & Process Improvement (Data & Analytics): Partner with HR Ops and HR Business Partners on data-driven initiatives, complex organizational changes, and system enhancements, using data to recommend and drive process improvements.
- Training & Documentation (HRIS & Data & Analytics): Share your expertise across both HR systems and HR data with the team, providing on-demand training and maintaining documentation for tools, processes, and reporting methodologies.
What you will need:
- HRIS & data pro – minimum 5 years of combined professional experience in HRIS administration and HR data management/analytics, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department
- Workday & analytics wizard – at least 2 years of hands-on Workday experience plus proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel /reporting platforms
- Project manager – experience in project management and application maintenance for organizations with regional/international scope
- Analytical mindset – demonstrated experience conducting data analysis, root cause investigation, and process improvement using HR data
- Excellent communicator – written and verbal, able to translate system changes and data insights for all levels within HR and other departments, including presentation and training skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience configuring and administering Workday modules (Core HCM, Time and attendance, or Reporting)
- Familiarity with HR system integrations, data pipelines, and third-party HR technology tools
- 3-5 years of experience with HR data management, analysis, and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement
- Experience building dashboards and self-service reporting for HR and business stakeholders
- Strong project support, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across systems and analytics workstreams

Pay Range Details
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $145,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
