Position Overview
The State of Georgia is seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of integrations between
Workday and external benefits providers.
The ideal candidate will bridge
business stakeholders, Workday functional/technical teams, integration developers, and benefits providers, investigating issues across system boundaries and driving them toward resolution.
Required Qualifications
13+ years of overall IT experience with strong Senior Business Analyst experience
Experience supporting
HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations
Strong
integration troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, reports, and technical artifacts
Ability to trace employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll, and related transactions across multiple systems
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business questions into technical/functional investigations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple issues independently and drive problems to resolution
