Everything Safety is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Williston, ND.
We are a locally owned and growing safety supply company serving the oil and gas, construction, industrial, and local business communities. Our warehouse team plays an important role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, orders are accurate, and our inventory is organized and ready when needed.

What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders
- Unload, inspect, count, and properly store incoming merchandise
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Stock and organize warehouse inventory
- Replenish merchandise for the retail sales floor as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with inventory counts
- Help identify inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or receiving issues
- Load and unload customer and delivery vehicles
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts, when trained and authorized
- Keep the warehouse, receiving areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and safe
- Assist other departments as needed
- Follow company safety procedures and established processes
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience required
- Dependable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently while also being part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures
- Focused on accuracy and getting the job done correctly
- Willing to learn our products, inventory system, and warehouse processes
- Able to communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and customers
- Comfortable using computers and inventory/POS systems
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience is preferred
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular physical activity, including:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Regularly lifting and carrying merchandise and boxes
- Safely performing warehouse duties throughout the workday
Compensation
$18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Starting pay will be based on relevant warehouse experience, shipping and receiving experience, inventory knowledge, equipment experience, and overall qualifications.
