Title: Senior Project Manager, Workday

Looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to lead complex Workday implementations? This role is ideal for a senior Workday functional professional who has grown into a project leadership role and can bring both deep functional knowledge and implementation leadership experience to the table.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Senior-level experience with Workday, with a strong functional background in Financials, HCM, Payroll, or related modules
- Multiple Workday implementations, with experience progressing from functional analyst/consultant into a Functional Lead, Project Lead, and/or Project Manager role
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Workday implementation projects from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and go-live
- Partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical resources, and leadership to drive project delivery
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and communication while leveraging your functional Workday expertise to guide the project team
