Job Summary
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll connect qualified healthcare professionals with roles that support patient care and organizational needs. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, from workforce planning and candidate sourcing through interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination. Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers on talent acquisition needs, talent management, and succession planning; support internal recruiting, external recruiting, and executive recruiting.
- Source candidates through research, HR sourcing, campus recruitment, social media marketing, lead generation, and cold calling; apply sales and negotiation skills to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interviewing and candidate evaluation, maintain relationships, and support employee orientation, training and development, and employee relations.
- Manage high-volume and technical recruiting workflows, contracts, and recruiting records using an applicant tracking system (ATS), human resources information system (HRIS), and other HR systems.
- Follow human resources policies and employment and labor law requirements, including HR legal compliance and employment law in talent management.
Experience
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, or healthcare staffing is relevant; healthcare recruiting experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, relationship management, interviewing, and negotiation skills; able to balance candidate care with hiring priorities.
- Familiarity with talent management software and recruiting platforms. Tools may include Lever, Workday, Paychex, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, and PeopleSoft.
- Knowledge of employee evaluation, HR systems, and applicable employment law; experience with social media management and recruiting analytics is helpful.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
