Position: Payroll Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates local to Pittsburgh, PA will be required to visit the office once every few months to pick up mail.)

Employment Type: Contract (6–8 months)

Eligibility: U.S. Citizens only

Assessment: Candidates must complete the Payroll Specialist Assessment in Glider.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on schedule across the enterprise.
Review and validate employee timekeeping records.
Administer payroll activities for employees on Leave of Absence (LOA).
Perform payroll audits and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain payroll and employee data in Workday and payroll systems.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries with excellent customer service.
Support payroll compliance while maintaining confidentiality.
Partner with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
