Leadenhall Search and Selection are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE backed advisory firm in the US. They are seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to support process improvements and technology initiatives that modernize finance operations. You’ll support project delivery by performing research, gathering data, and analyzing current-state processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. This position is available to work mostly remotely from New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and Stamford.

Responsibilities

Drive finance transformation initiatives from initial assessment through full implementation.
Enhance and streamline processes across FP&A, financial close, consolidation, and AP/AR.
Support the deployment of ERP, EPM, and automation solutions.
Create business cases, implementation roadmaps, and change management strategies.
Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years in finance operations or consulting.
Working knowledge of core finance processes and systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Anaplan, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), or data visualization software.
Strong communication, project management and engagement ability.
