Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Monroe and/or Edison, New Jersey

Role Overview

As a Physical Therapist at Divine Spine, you’ll work in a supportive, collaborative, and low-stress environment where quality care and professional growth are prioritized.

What You Can Expect

Low daily caseload (10–12 patients per day)
One-on-one, patient-centered care
Team-based culture with mentorship
AI-assisted documentation so patient notes are handled efficiently

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based practices
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care
Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness

Compensation

$98,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience and schedule
