Built and maintained custom outbound integrations using Core Connectors and EIBs, focused on HCM and Benefits domains.
Delivered both change-only and full file integrations for open enrollment Integrations.
Developed tailored XSLT logic for benefit elections, dependent records, and coverage level mapping.
Managed full lifecycle of open enrollment integrations: mapping, testing, vendor coordination, and production deployment.
Supported a broad range of benefit vendors — including but not limited to:
Aetna, Navia, Allstate, ManhattanLife
2. Additional Integration Projects
Everbridge – Created from scratch for emergency notification synchronization using Workday HCM data.
Experian – Supported outbound integration for employment verification data delivery.
HireRight – Supported background check integration and improved real-time data sync and status handling.
Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) – Contributed to provisioning and identity synchronization logic.
Workday Orchestrate – Rescind-Based IT Ticket Automation – Developed orchestration to detect rescind actions during the Hire business process and automatically trigger IT termination requests in the ITSM platform. This ensures timely reversal of system provisioning, reduces manual overhead, and enhances audit tracking.
Currently working on:
OKTA onboarding and offboarding integrations to automate account lifecycle events based on HCM triggers.
3. Post-Production Support (Cross-Functional)
Supported post-production issue resolution across HCM, Recruitment, Security, Reporting, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Compensation & Benefits.
Resolved issues such as:
Retro payroll processing
Time entry exceptions
Delegation routing conflicts and manual escalations
Reporting and eligibility validation gaps
Business Process optimization.
Delivered improvements through targeted audits and resolution workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
4. Dashboards & Reporting
Designed and delivered dashboards for:
HR Partner Hub, Benefits Administration, Integration Monitoring, Security Oversight
Time Tracking Compliance, Payroll Audits, Leadership Workforce Insights
Built a Tenant Integration Registry Dashboard to catalog all integrations by type, trigger logic, run frequency, and owner.
5. Security, Notifications & Business Process Enhancements
Implemented segment-based security access and managed ISU/ISSG roles across integrations.
Handled HCM-related notifications, custom triggers, alerts, and offer letter templates,Questionnaires
Delegation management, including audit tracking and approval routing.
Enhanced key business processes such as Job Application, Offer, Onboarding, Termination, and Security Review.
Enabled tools like Workday Assistant, Notification Designer, and AI-generated job descriptions.

Workday Orchestrate –
Implementing an orchestration that automatically triggers an IT termination request in the ITSM platform when a rescind action occurs during the Hire business process (BP:Hire). This helps reverse system provisioning promptly, reducing security risk and manual effort.
Workday Extend –
Exploring Extend for custom app development to support security approvals, data capture, and manager engagement.
AI Enhancements –
Testing and adopting Workday’s AI capabilities to automate job descriptions, surface contextual insights- Suggested skills for Job Profiles, suggested skills Job Requisition enhance user productivity through Workday Assistant, Time Anomalies for Managers, Generate Knowledge Articles,
