With over 10 years of enterprise application integration experience, including extensive expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Extend, and enterprise HR technology solutions, I have successfully designed, developed, and delivered scalable integrations that enable organizations to streamline business processes and maximize the value of their Workday investment.
Throughout my career, I have led end-to-end Workday integration initiatives across Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, and Financials for global organizations spanning multiple industries. My experience includes designing and implementing complex integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, PICOF, Document Transformation, Workday Web Services (SOAP), REST APIs, RaaS, XML, XSLT, and Workday Orchestrate. I have also developed Workday Extend applications that improve user experience and automate business processes.
In addition to technical development, I have partnered closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into reliable integration solutions. I have delivered integrations with payroll providers, recruiting platforms, identity management systems, benefits vendors, financial applications, and other enterprise systems while ensuring data integrity, security, scalability, and compliance. My experience spans full software development lifecycles, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, production support, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams.
Led CloudPay payroll integrations using Workday PECI/PICOF, supporting global payroll data flows, payroll processing, and downstream transmission to CloudPay across multiple countries.
Designed, developed, and supported Workday-to-CloudPay integrations, leveraging Workday Studio, EIBs, XML/XSLT, calculated fields, reports, and SFTP to transform and securely transmit high-volume payroll data.
Provided production support and troubleshooting for CloudPay interfaces, analyzing integration failures and payroll data discrepancies, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing fixes to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
