This Is More Than Booking Appointments

At Platinum Portrait Artists, we create meaningful artwork celebrating the people and pets our clients love most.

Every family has a story. Every pet has a personality. Sometimes the person answering the phone is the first one who gets to hear those stories—and the first person who helps a family become excited about preserving them.

We are looking for a warm, confident, dependable person to join our team as a full-time Remote Appointment Setter.

You will speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in a portrait experience. Your job is to connect with them, learn a little about the people or pets they love, create genuine excitement, and help them reserve their portrait session.

This is not random cold calling. These are real conversations with real people who are considering something meaningful for their family.

The Person Who Thrives Here

Our strongest team members genuinely care about people.

They love hearing stories about families, children, dogs, cats, and the little moments that make someone’s life special. They are naturally friendly, but they are also focused, dependable, and willing to work.

They enjoy talking on the phone throughout the day and understand that warmth and productivity can—and should—exist together.

They appreciate the freedom of working from home, but they treat remote work like a real career. They show up on time, stay engaged, follow the process, support their teammates, and take pride in doing their job well.

They are loyal, coachable, and looking for a team where they can stay, grow, and become an important part of the business.

This may be a wonderful fit for you if you:

Love pets, families, and hearing people’s stories
Have an upbeat, natural, and confident phone presence
Enjoy building connections and making people feel comfortable
Can talk throughout the day while remaining positive and engaged
Are motivated by clear goals and measurable results
Appreciate coaching and are willing to follow a proven process
Want stable, long-term work rather than a temporary remote position
Are dependable and take pride in being someone your team can count on
