Remote Appointment Setter – Portrait Studio
Full-Time Remote Position | Texas Residents Only
Starting Pay: $16 per hour during training, with the opportunity to move up quickly
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time and possibly and occasional Satruday.

We are looking for a warm, confident, dependable person to join our team as a full-time Remote Appointment Setter.
You will speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in a portrait experience. Your job is to connect with them, learn a little about the people or pets they love, create genuine excitement, and help them reserve their portrait session.
This is not random cold calling. These are real conversations with real people who are considering something meaningful for their family.

What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to warm leads in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
- Follow our proven conversation guide and booking process
- Ask thoughtful questions and build genuine rapport
- Create excitement and confidence about the portrait experience
- Help qualified clients reserve their appointments
- Clearly explain scheduling, deposits, and studio expectations
- Accurately document conversations and appointment notes
- Follow up with leads according to our established system
- Meet individual and team booking goals
- Represent Platinum Portrait Artists with warmth, professionalism, and integrity

Required Experience and Qualities
Previous experience in phone sales, appointment setting, inside sales, customer retention, recruiting, fundraising, call-center work, or another telephone-based role is required.
You must also have:
- A confident, warm, and friendly speaking voice
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to follow scripts, systems, and coaching
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time-management skills
- The discipline to remain productive while working remotely
- Comfort learning and using new technology
- A dependable and professional work history
- A genuine desire to contribute to a team for the long term
Home Office Requirements
Because this is a remote telephone position, you must have:
- Fast, reliable cable internet
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace
- A corded headset compatible with your computer
- A dependable computer suitable for daily remote work
- A professional environment without ongoing background noise or interruptions
Training
Paid training is mandatory and will be completed remotely during regular business hours.
Initial training generally takes three to five days. Continued coaching, call reviews, and support will be provided as you become comfortable with our process.
We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We are looking for someone who listens, learns quickly, welcomes feedback, and puts that feedback into action.
