*Detail-Oriented Virtual Personal Assistant | Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills Required* I need a dedicated Personal Assistant who is devoted to my needs as they arise, while I focus on running the business. Candidate must be very available to me throughout the day (via WhatsApp) to handle various daily tasks & projects, with the ability to quickly understand basic instructions without much guidance or hand-holding. (Once the task is handed over to you, complete ownership is expected. You may always ask questions, of course, but you would be responsible to understand it, record or notate it, so that when it arises again in the future, you will know how to do it again). The workload consists of a combination of recurring daily responsibilities, which are generally easy and straightforward, as well as occasional miscellaneous projects that arise. While the individual tasks are not particularly difficult, availability and responsiveness throughout the day are crucial! I’m looking for someone I can delegate tasks to as they come up, knowing they will be handled efficiently, accurately, and with minimal supervision. Main requirements: * Reliable & Responsive: Available and attentive throughout the workday to handle tasks as they arise. * Excellent Written and Verbal Communication: In English (ideally as the main/first language). * Exceptional Attention to Detail: Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to catch even the smallest typos, errors, discrepancies, and subtle inconsistencies. * Data Entry: Fast, accurate, and comfortable handling various data entry tasks, as well as Scheduling and Reminders. * Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills: Strong proficiency, particularly with data entry, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. * Independent & Resourceful: Able to understand instructions quickly, exercise good judgment, and figure things out independently without needing constant direction.

Skills and Requirements * Personal Assistant (Virtual/Remote) * Administrative Support * General Availability * Clear communication (via WhatsApp) * Attentive to detail/Accuracy Verification * Data Entry * Microsoft Excel * Google Sheets * Scheduling & Reminders
