Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant HR team. In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new employees, ensuring we attract and retain the best candidates across various departments. Your expertise in talent management, employer branding, and strategic sourcing will be instrumental in supporting our company's growth and success. Duties

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal recruiting initiatives.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, and Salesforce to identify and engage top talent.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate employment contracts and offers confidently while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted lead generation campaigns for talent acquisition.
Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting across multiple channels including social media management, cold calling, and HR sourcing methods.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, and Taleo.
Familiarity with employment law, contracts, employee orientation processes, employee evaluation procedures, and employee relations practices.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, talent management, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to research market trends and leverage tools like Lever or iCIMS for effective recruiting strategies.
Experience in technical recruiting for specialized roles requiring specific skill sets such as HR sourcing or sales positions is preferred.
