Title: Senior Business Analyst (IronClad/CLM)
Location: Beaverton, OR (97006) / Remote Options (Excluding CA, HI, & AK)

Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with IronClad CLM implementation experience to support a high visibility contract lifecycle management (CLM) projects. This role will be critical in optimizing contract management processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless system integrations. From an experience perspective, we are targeting candidates with the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- IronClad CLM Implementation – Configure, optimize, and migrate from an existing CLM system.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with Legal, Procurement, IT, and business teams to align CLM solutions.
- Process Automation – Streamline contract intake, approval, negotiation, and execution.
- System Integrations – Support integrations with Salesforce (CRM) and eSignature tools.
- Training & Adoption – Develop materials and train users.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in contract lifecycle management or legal operations.
- Hands-on IronClad CLM experience is a MUST (configuration, administration, workflow setup).
- Strong knowledge of contract management principles, legal processes, and compliance.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating IronClad with Salesforce (CRM) or ERP (SAP, Workday).
- Knowledge of eSignature tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
- Familiarity with data modeling and unstructured data.
