Job Title: Workday Analyst
Location: Remote (Must work within PST hours)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Hourly Rate: $40-$50/hr DOE and Education

About the Role:
We are seeking a Workday Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience to join our client on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within Workday, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring accurate and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in core Workday functionality and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment aligned with Pacific Time Zone hours.
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Proficiency in:
- Job Change templates
- Creating positions
- Managing Contract Contingent Workers
- Managing Delegations
- Business process approvals, corrections, and re-routing
- Supervisory Orgs, Locations
- Assigning Roles, Moving Workers, Changing Org Assignments, Org Charts/Hierarchy
- Strong troubleshooting skills: Able to review reported issues and identify root causes within the system
- Recruiting process knowledge (Business Processes, posting issues, approval routing)
- Leave of Absence (LOA) process knowledge
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow experience
- Experience with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Understanding of Workday reporting: filters, data connections, and system mapping
