Job Description

Performance Management Specialist (contract role)

Experience in performance management initiatives, including annual performance reviews, feedback and/or goal setting
Experience in designing written resources (job aids, one pagers, presentations) and delivering trainings related to feedback, goal setting, and annual performance reviews.
Experience creating and tracking project plans involving activities that span multiple months across multiple projects, involving multiple people
Experience working in partnership with multiple functions, each of which may have their own needs and goals.
Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and identify actions as part of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3-6 years’ experience in HR/Talent Development/Learning & Development
Experience using Workday or another HRIS system. It is a bonus if they had experience with a Workday implementation or testing initiative.
