KPMG is seeking a Manager, Workday Compensation for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities: Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
Review and map Workday business processes.
Execute day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
Review business processes and advise clients on system services within Workday.
Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients.
Qualifications: At least five years of experience as a Functional Lead consultant with Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation implementation and upgrade experience.
Minimum of five full lifecycle implementations with Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect; Workday certification required within three months of employment if not already held.
Experience leading functional design, configuration, and process alignment.
Understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality.
Deep knowledge of Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation processes and best practices.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Ability to travel up to 70%.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
