Hourly Rate + Commission
We are a rapidly growing healthcare staffing firm looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist to support full-cycle staffing operations with a focus on clinical roles including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and allied health professionals. This contract-to-hire position is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in staffing, recruitment coordination, and HR systems, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Healthcare staffing experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Screening: Conduct high-volume phone screens for clinical candidates to assess licensure, availability, and fit.
- Recruitment Coordination: Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and third-party partners to streamline onboarding and placement processes.
- ATS/HRIS Administration: Maintain data integrity across the applicant tracking system and HRIS platform (e.g., Bullhorn, Avionté, or similar).
- Onboarding: Manage credentialing, compliance document collection, and new hire setup for contract placements.
- Payroll Support: Coordinate weekly timesheet collection and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Process Support: Assist in reporting, audit prep, and resolving issues related to timekeeping, credentials, or system updates.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent coordination (healthcare preferred)
- Previous experience conducting phone screens or managing candidate pipelines for contract/contingent labor
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avionté, Workday, or BambooHR
- Understanding of credentialing requirements for clinical staff (RN, LPN, CNA, etc.)
- Strong Excel and organizational skills; detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication; highly responsive and service-oriented
- Ability to learn systems quickly and work in a startup-style, high-volume staffing environment
