Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Workday solutions tailored to Lemmata's business requirements, ensuring alignment with our AI-driven platform.
Configuration and Customization: Configure Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management, to meet organizational needs.
Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Workday with Lemmata's AI platform and other internal systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Security and Compliance: Implement security controls and data governance policies within the Workday environment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Workday releases and industry best practices to recommend optimizations and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience: Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect or similar role, with at least 6 years in designing and implementing Workday solutions.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Workday security, integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect), and reporting tools (Workday Report Writer).
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex organizational structures and requirements.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
