Are you a hands-on Workday Absence expert with a passion for process improvement? Accenture is seeking a talented Workday Absence Consultant to support a high-impact government client engagement. This is a 3-month remote contract (starting July 7th) with potential for full-time allocation.
? What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive Workday Absence configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Lead or support functional design sessions and document configurations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align absence processes with business goals
Analyze, enhance, and implement improvements to optimize performance
? What You Bring:
2–3+ years of hands-on Workday US Absence Management experience
Strong experience with configuration workbooks, unit testing, and support
Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
Workday Absence Certification (Required)
Prior government project experience a big plus!
