We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Functional Resource to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Global Workday Payroll system. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, Workday functionality, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT departments to gather requirements, define payroll processes, and address any system-related issues.
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience working with Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking including system implementation and configuration. Or, 9 years of experience working with Workday Payroll, including system implementation and configuration.
Proficiency in Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules. Strong understanding of payroll processes, data management, and reporting.
Experience in managing payroll projects, including scoping, planning, and execution. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay range: $99,000.00 - $ 146,800.00 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
