Optomi, in partnership with a prominent Healthcare organization is seeking multiple Workday HCM Analysts to join a collaborative and forward-thinking HRIS team supporting a comprehensive Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. These full-time positions are well-suited for professionals with a solid foundation in Workday who are eager to grow their expertise while engaging closely with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other operational departments.
The organization utilizes the majority of Workday's HCM modules and is expanding its internal capabilities to ensure broad and effective platform coverage. While deep specialization is not required for every role, candidates should have a solid understanding of core HCM functions and a strong willingness to learn additional modules over time. Analysts will play an active role in system optimization, feature enhancement, and continuous improvement efforts across the Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and support various Workday HCM modules as assigned
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Assist in the development and rollout of new features and process improvements
- Participate in Workday update cycles, including regression testing and change management activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday
- HCMStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a business-partner mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience in an HR role prior to transitioning into Workday support is preferred
