Organizational Development Partner - $150k - $170k base.
We're currently supporting a leading financial services firm in their search for a L&D/Org Development Manager to drive learning & development (70%) while also playing a key role in broader talent management initiatives (30%).
This role will work closely with the Head of Talent, and collaborate with HR aswell as business leaders to design and implement learning programs, talent reviews, and career development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D, talent strategy, and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global and local learning programs.
- Partner with senior leadership to align talent initiatives with business goals.
- Manage course planning, vendor partnerships, and program execution.
- Use data insights to enhance learning effectiveness and career development.
- Leverage LMS (Workday Learning) for learning operations and reporting.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, L&D, or Organizational Development.
- Proven ability to design and implement learning programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Workday Learning preferred).
- Background in financial services is a plus.
