The Planet Group's end-user client is hiring a Workday Leader for an exciting Direct Hire opportunity in the Fayetteville, NC!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system-wide Workday initiatives and manage two direct reports.
- This role requires strong hands-on Workday expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive innovation.
- Responsibilities include optimizing Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation while ensuring seamless HR data management and system enhancements in collaboration with IT and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Workday HCM experience preferably with Recruiting and Compensation.
- Hands-on Workday Configuration experience.
