As the organization continues to scale, they’re seeking a confident, hands-on leader who will act as the internal product owner for Workday. You’ll manage three technical Workday professionals and work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and HRIS strategy alignment — all while shaping how HR technology supports the business
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the global Workday platform (Core HCM, US & UK Payroll, Talent)
- Manage and mentor a team of three HRIS professionals
- Oversee Workday security, configuration, data integrity, and reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize system functionality
- Drive process improvements, workflow enhancements, and system upgrades
- Analyze HR data to deliver insights and actionable recommendations to leadership
- Stay on top of upcoming Workday releases and guide readiness efforts
- Ensure system compliance and data security protocols are upheld
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of progressive HRIS leadership experience, preferably within Workday
- Strong command of Core HCM, including payroll and talent functionality
- Proven team leadership and project ownership in a global environment
- Deep knowledge of HR data governance, reporting, and security
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field
- Due to the nature of this position, candidates must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. Only U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) will be considered at this time.
