We are seeking to add a fast paced HR Operations Specialist to our clients team on a remote basis. This is a contract that can and will be extended for the right person. Our client is a leader in Marketing.
Pay $28-$30hr
M-F 40hrs per week
6 month contract + extensions
What you'll get to do...
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees from a diverse organization that are seeking additional information relevant to HR Ops Services and/or redirecting as appropriate.
- Perform transactional work within HR Ops Services (i.e. – unemployment, policy clarification, data entry, knowledge article and SOP updates, terminations etc.)
- Lead & Conduct transactional work within the guidelines of existing SOPs and/or process flow
- Analyze inquiry data to provide comprehensive summaries of volumes and identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Responsible for pulling reports to help the leaves team track, volume, quality and identifying trends within our services
- Responsible for improving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support by facilitating process changes and knowledge transfer from COEs in managing partner concerns
- Assist in Coordinating the Short-Term Disability, FMLA, Personal, Adoption, Parental, Foster Care, & Legal Guardianship leaves and Worker’s Compensation process for all employees
- Responsible for updating and supervising the knowledge base to enable team to take ownership of a higher percentage of inbound inquiries.
- Actively finds opportunities for educating team to increase Tier 1 and 2 support
- Balance day-to-day responsibilities with key project work and professional development opportunities
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity

Your experience should include...
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within a HR Service Center environment
- 4+ years’ experience working in human resources, business administration, HR Technology (HRIS) or other related HR experience (WorkDay, PeopleDoc and/or ServiceNow preferred)
- Experience working with Workday or other HRIS system, plus SeviceNow desired
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Solid customer service orientation
- Experience utilizing Case Resolution System
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel (including v-lookup, pivot tables), Outlook, PowerPoint
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Effective team player; able to build effective and positive relationships with people at all levels
- Demonstrable track record to think critically, logically and analytically
- Experience in HR analytics, which may substituted with internship experience and course studies
