IdenhausConsultingisseekingahighlyqualifiedandexperiencedCybersecurityMaturityModelCertification(CMMC)CertifiedSpecialisttojoinourteam.ThispositionisresponsibleforensuringourcustomersmeetthecybersecuritystandardssetbytheDepartmentofDefense(DoD)intheUnitedStates.TheidealcandidatewillhaveathoroughunderstandingoftheCMMCframeworkandwillutilizethisknowledgetofacilitatecomprehensivecybersecuritysolutionsforourcustomers.
SPECIFICJOBRESPONSIBILITIES:
- ConductcomprehensiveCMMCreadinessassessmentsacrosscustomersystemstoidentifyassessmentscope,definedataflowsforControlledUnclassifiedInformation(CUI),identifyanycompliancegaps,anddeveloparemediationplantopreparethecustomerfortheirformalC3PAOaudit
- Designandimplementsecuritymeasuresandcontrols,inlinewithCMMCstandards,toprotectsensitivedataandsystemsfrominfiltrationandcyber-attacks
- Coordinateacrosscustomerteamstodevelopanddocumentsecuritypolicies,SSPandPOAM
- ReviewandupdateofexistingsecuritypoliciesandprocedurestoalignwithevolvingCMMCrequirementsandbestpracticesincybersecurity
- KeepabreastofupdatestotheCMMCframeworkanddeterminetheimpactofanyregulatorychangeonthecustomer’scompliance
REQUIREMENTS:
Inadditiontotechnicalcybersecurityexperienceandskills,thequalifiedcandidatemusthavedemonstratedthroughexperiencethatshe/hehasthesoftskillsrequiredtodriveengagementwithcustomers.She/hemusthaveexperiencesuccessfullymanagingprojects,meetingdeadlines,andachievinghighlevelsofqualitybasedonstandards.ApplicantsmustmeettherequirementsofDepartmentofDefense(DoD)Manual8140.03:Applicable612Certifications(Atminimum,mustpossess1IntermediateCertification).
QUALIFICATIONS,SKILLS,&KNOWLEDGE:
- CMMCCertifiedProfessional(CCP),CertifiedCMMCAssessor(CCA),orRegisteredPractitionerAdvanced(RPA)certificationishighlypreferred
- ExperienceconductingreadinessassessmentsandpreparingclientsforC3PAOaudits
- FamiliaritywithfederalcontractingandDoDcybersecurityrequirements
- ProvenexperienceinITsecurity,riskmanagement,orcomplianceroles
- In-depthknowledgeoftheCMMCframework,NISTSP800-171,DFARS252.204-7012,andrelatedDepartmentofDefense(DoD)regulations
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills,particularlyininformationsystems,security,andprivacy
- Abilitytoperformeffectivelyunderpressure
- Demonstratedsuccessinleadinganddeliveringconsultingengagements
