Job Title: Workday Adaptive Planning Manager – Part-Time (Remote)
Location: Houston, TX | Remote
Part-Time | ~15 hrs/week | Contract up to 2 years
Immediate Need
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance all aspects of Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Translate Excel models into Adaptive Planning tools.
- Build and maintain complex financial planning models.
- Partner with Finance and IT to support integrations and system improvements.
- Deliver training and documentation for internal teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of Adaptive Planning experience.
- 8+ years in operations or financial planning roles.
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of financial statements.
- Experience designing and configuring Adaptive models.
Preferred:
- Background in oilfield services or industrial operations.
- Financial/management accounting experience.
Details
- Remote with up to 10% travel.
- Flexible schedule (~60 hrs./month).
