MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor SmartStream or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience leading technical support for Finance modules (e.g., GL, Assets, Procurement, Invoicing, Billing & Receivables)
- Strong background managing all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, REST, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools
- Strong SQL skills including maintaining stored procedures and database objects
- Familiarity with Autosys, AIX/Linux Korn Shell scripting, and C#
- Strong problem-solving ability and demonstrated success in resolving complex production issues independently
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic project environments
- Familiarity with key finance modules (Procurement, Invoicing, General Ledger, etc.)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with EDI X12 transactions
- Exposure to Citrix environments
- Background with ColdFusion, .NET, DB2, or PowerShell
OTHER NOTES
- Supporting inbound and outbound conversions.
- More involved role much more knowledge on technical perspective
- Must understand how to troubleshoot from diff platforms including not only from SQL side but also files analysis, debugging skills and has more presence for understanding the lifecycle of integration
- There will be business knowledge transfer
- Candidate must have dealt with ERP and have exp with this from business side
- SQL is an absolute must
- Knowledge of .NET is preferred
- Candidate must be strong with troubleshooting skills
- Workday exp is not required. Existing ERPs are Coopa and SmartStreams they have an admin who is doing support now
- SmartStreams ERP is the one that they need knowledge for
- How important is the business knowledge?: They must have business knowledge it is a 5/10 in importance. Should be familiar with finance modules such as procurement, invoicing, etc. Not expecting a finance expert but at least familiarity. Must be a quick learner. Will still give a chance if they have NO business knowledge as long as they are extremely technically proficient.
- Is there on call?: This position is production support we provide 24/7 we will expect this person to respond to calls so yes on call. No fixed schedule currently since it is based on the problem.
- They don’t need healthcare experience
- How hands on is the integration?: System analyst is not technical enough to handle the integrations they do now due to complexity and tools they’d deal with. The person really needs to be able to troubleshoot from different platforms.
- Very strong SQL, XML, Cornshell, scripting will be needed to support these integrations.
Job Summary: Serves as the lead technical contact for Finance-related integrations and ERP applications. Oversees system support, software development, and enterprise data delivery across key financial modules including General Ledger, Assets, Procurement, Invoicing, and Billing & Receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead technical support for Finance modules: GL, Assets, Procurement, Invoicing, Billing & Receivables
· Oversee all phases of the SDLC: analysis, design, implementation, QA, and release of financial applications
· Provide technical leadership and solutions for complex production issues
· Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver critical financial data integrations
· Manage documentation: business requirements, system specs, architecture, data flows, training
· Support ERP admin tasks including user creation, data updates, and system maintenance
· Define product requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with business analysts
· Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalable design
· Provide direction to technical project team members and analyze data to support outcomes
Required Skills & Experience:
