Our client is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer for a remote role offering a competitive salary. Job Function:
Maintain and monitor daily performance of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs.
Investigate integration failures, identify root causes, and resolve issues efficiently. Manage support tickets end-to-end.
Serve as primary contact for integration issues, ensuring schedules, data flows, and file deliveries run smoothly.
Collaborate with teams to implement new integrations and updates to existing ones.
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to support seamless data integration and compliance.
Maintain technical and functional documentation to support knowledge continuity and transitions.
Ensure integrations comply with operational standards, audit requirements, and privacy regulations.
Job Requirements:
5 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations within mid-to-large enterprise environments.
Strong command of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
Experience with XSLT, XML, SOAP/REST web services, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools.
Familiarity with data loads, file feeds, and secure transmission protocols.
Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
Experience with Workday ERP implementations is a strong plus.
