The RealReal is growing its team and seeking an experienced Talent Partner to drive hiring across the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Partners, you will be instrumental in sourcing, interviewing, and recommending top-tier talent. As a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business, you'll also identify opportunities to build robust talent pipelines and cultivate strong internal partnerships. Leveraging effective interviewing techniques, you will accurately assess candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent.
Develop in-depth knowledge of company structure, core competencies, and required skills.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team on job descriptions, requisitions, compensation, and sourcing.
Lead and oversee the entire recruiting process from initiation to onboarding.
Utilize recruitment tools to conduct efficient screening interviews.
Build strong candidate relationships, guide them through the interview process, and promote The RealReal as an employer of choice.
Partner with hiring managers to assess candidates, manage the selection process, and handle offers/negotiations.
Meet and exceed Talent Acquisition (TA) metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Establish trust and credibility for the TA team with internal and external stakeholders.
Support additional TA/People Team projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-volume Sales or Retail environments.
Proven ability to partner with and effectively influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
Results-driven and self-motivated professional with a proven ability to meet and surpass TA performance metrics.
Strong experience in managing complex offers and negotiations with candidates, with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to travel as needed, up to 10%.

The expected salary range for this role is $87,210.00-$105,060.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
