Job Description
Reporting to the Lead Recruiting Director, the Recruiting Director (RD) is responsible for the successful execution of the Firm’s and their region’s recruiting strategies and hiring goals. The RD strives to identify, warm, and recruit interested future Siegfried SEALs, while infusing foundational Leadership Advisory concepts throughout the process. They ensure an exceptional, compelling recruiting experience for all stakeholders, including candidates, candidate sources, and the recruiting team to fuel long-term growth.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises the Recruiting Coordinator (RC).
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
Oversight and management of the recruiting process beginning with the first interaction for each candidateEnsure we are always recruiting and building genuine, meaningful relationships with potential candidates and business development contactsCollaborate with our National Market Sales Team (NMST), National Professional Resource Team (NPRT), and MYRelationships TeamTimely and effectively schedule candidate connections, including screenings, interviews, closings, and pre-pipeline warming effortsIdentify excellent and outstanding professionals that embody the attributes of our High Performance Model and alignment to Siegfried’s Higher Purpose and Professional Resource Offering (PRO)Seek to understand candidates’ motivation for engaging in our interview processes by asking thoughtful questions to ensure they are aligned and inspired by what Siegfried has to offerEngage in genuine, inspiring, and passionate persistence through Leadership AdvisoryContinuous training and development of both new and existing interview participants to ensure that they lead with Leadership Advisory, properly positioning our PRO while adhering to our Recruiting Curriculum, which includes applicable feedback and follow-up with the teamIdentify and build relationships with strategic Agency PartnersPrepare and participate in rhythmic strategic and Leadership Advisory focused meetings with Agency PartnersRegularly collaborate and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss, execute, and improve our recruiting process and long-term recruiting strategyAssesses team’s mindset and beliefs to ensure executional excellence, alignment, and accountability within the recruiting processMentor, coach, advise, monitor, and develop their region’s RC to achieve their Bigger FutureDevout Five-Start Client Service and continued collaboration with various internal teams, always seeking to create more efficiencies in our processesMonitor and report insights while understanding the quantitative measures of their region’s key performance metrics, to ensure hiring forecasts are met rhythmically throughout the yearAssessing the following key performance indicators:Achieves MYRR, market, and regional hiring goals, and conversion rate goals which include by are not limited to:
- 70% of hires within our 3-4.5 year profile
- 70%+ of hires through our Referral Appreciation Program (RAP)
Achieves conversion rate goals
- 70% of hires within our 3–4.5-year profile

- Regularly track and manage ineffective hires with an awareness of retention trends and ineffective hiring forecast
- Ensures accurate and timely documentation of data in Workday Recruiting
- Evaluate pre-pipeline reporting data to identify trends and insights, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University
- Strong time management, analytic and problem-solving skills
- A strong desire to become a leader, with the flexibility and willingness to learn how to lead others

- A minimum of 20% of travel required, if applicable
- Ability to work 9-10 hours per day (or an average of 45-50 hours per week) consistently throughout the year
- Ability and willingness to work in a Siegfried office as required for an average of four days per week in accordance with Siegfried's then-current policy (This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of management)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience
- Prior knowledge of the Finance and Accounting industry
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience using Workday Recruiting, CRM, and PowerBI
