As a
Mergers & Acquisition (
M&A) integration consultant in our Human Resources (HR) and Legal Systems organization, you’ll focus on M&A for corporate Human Resources. You’ll support M&A integration initiatives and ensure team preparedness for future acquisitions. Partnering with business systems consultants across the organization, you’ll analyze existing processes and incorporate insights from prior acquisitions. Additionally, you’ll be involved in supporting the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), where you’ll develop detailed documentation and ensure M&A integration efforts are executed effectively.
This is a remote position.
Must-have qualifications-
High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.).

{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.).
Preferred skills-
Experience with M&A HR systems, including integration and implementation efforts

Expertise in HR systems, with a focus on large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions such as Workday, including HR, compensation, and payroll modules

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sponsors, business partners, and M&A teams, including defining challenges, developing approaches, and contributing to M&A HR systems strategy

Strong communication skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and adapt messaging for various audiences, including colleagues, sponsors, and leadership

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and drive items to resolution. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, demonstrating initiative in driving efforts forward
Compensation-
$79,200 - $127,700/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
