We are hiring for Workday Compensation Specialist, Remote
Job Summary:
Seeking a Workday Compensation Specialist to join the Total Rewards & Performance Solutions team as a high-level contributor. This role focuses on Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, with a strong emphasis on year-end compensation cycle support. The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, handling configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of Workday Compensation modules.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consult, configure, implement, and maintain Workday Compensation business processes
- Build, test, and deploy enhancements and resolve production issues
- Provide expert support for year-end compensation cycles and reporting
- Manage documentation for system configuration and functional design
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure system effectiveness and user satisfaction
- Conduct system testing, data validation, regression, and UAT
- Ensure change management best practices are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Certifications: Workday HCM Core, Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation
- In-depth knowledge of Workday Core & Advanced Compensation modules
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience influencing system enhancements through user feedback
- Up-to-date knowledge of Workday releases and feature updates
- Demonstrated expertise in process design and optimization
- Strong multitasking and change management capabilities
