Job Summary
In this role, you will leverage data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and enhance workforce performance. You will be responsible for analyzing employee data, developing insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness. Duties
- Analyze and interpret complex employee data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to visualize key metrics related to workforce performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage projects related to people analytics, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to support various HR functions.
- Forecast workforce needs based on data-driven insights and business objectives.
- Provide training and support to HR teams on analytics tools and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends in people analytics and recommend best practices for implementation.
Experience
- Proven experience in a people analytics or similar role with a strong focus on data analysis.
- Must have Workday experience
- Strong skills in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in business analysis and process improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong understanding of forecasting techniques related to workforce planning is advantageous.
