What is the position?
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for recruiting top talent for the organization. This position involves full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with HR and business leaders, and participating in projects to enhance talent acquisition processes. What are the responsibilities?
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:
- Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Partner with HR business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
- Participate in networking events, job fairs, and professional recruiting initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain data integrity throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to projects that improve talent acquisition strategies, increase efficiency, and enhance system functionality.
What are the requirements?
- Associate's degree (Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related preferred)
- 2+ years recruiting or HR experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience with Workday Recruiting and extensive knowledge of HR functions preferred
