Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions within the organization. Your expertise in lead generation and research will be essential in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience with recruitment tools such as Workday and Taleo, along with strong communication skills to effectively engage with potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including cold calling and online research.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in employee orientation processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Support executive recruiting efforts by identifying high-level candidates for specialized roles.
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software such as Workday or Taleo is highly desirable.
- Strong lead generation skills with the ability to conduct thorough research on potential candidates.
- Excellent interviewing skills with a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, fostering positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Experience in executive recruiting is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Pay: $62,770.00 - $75,593.97 per year
