Required:
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors. Must be documented on the resume.
- Fluent in English and Canadian French (written and spoken). Non-negotiable and must be documented on the resume.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Workday experience is major plus!
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, quality control, and maintenance positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
