Title: IIQ Sailpoint Lead

Introduction We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our IAM integration efforts, specifically focusing on the design and implementation of SailPoint IIQ solutions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration and compliance across our enterprise systems during M&A activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Strong background in SailPoint IIQ integrations with systems such as Workday, Active Directory/LDAP, and cloud platforms
- 7 years of experience in Workday Cloud Connect for third party payroll
- 7 years of experience in Workday Compensation Management
- 7 years of experience in Workday Human Resource Management
- Proven experience implementing Life Cycle Manager (LCM) configuration workflow tasks
- Solid understanding of the SailPoint object model, rules, and policies
- Experience with both lifecycle manager (LCM) and compliance manager (CM) modules
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms like GCP and MS Entra ID
- Proven track record of successful IAM implementations, including large-scale enterprise deployments
Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Experience working within regulatory standards and requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR
- Strong technical troubleshooting and support skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Collaborate and engage with IAM and business partners on planning, design, and execution of IAM integration strategies for M&A activities
- Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ components and develop workflows, rules, and connectors for identity governance
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms
- Manage the merging of disparate identity providers and user directories from acquired companies
- Streamline and automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews
- Ensure IAM systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal security policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical identity and access management-related issues
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective IAM implementation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
