JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior HRIS/Workday Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing Workday modules within the construction management industry. This role ensures accurate HR data, system compliance, and supports HR processes through configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a focus on Talent modules OR HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in development/training side of HR systems.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Workday certifications in HCM, Talent, LMS, or Reporting. HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) and familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira).
The salary is $115,00K to $140,000K depending upon experience.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
