Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Workday Financials Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Financials solutions. This role focuses on architecting scalable, compliant ERP solutions and partnering with stakeholders to deliver efficient financial systems across complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement end-to-end Workday Financials solutions aligned with business requirements
Lead requirements validation, gap analysis, and solution design activities
Design and configure Workday Financials modules including Core Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Contracts-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Grants, and Projects
Optimize grants and award management processes (pre/post award, subawards, effort certification, budgeting)
Lead ERP migrations from legacy financial systems to Workday
Design integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs, and Prism Analytics
Develop Extend solutions to address functional gaps and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, federal grant regulations, and financial reporting standards
Design security, data governance, and Foundation Data Model (FDM) structures
Guide development of advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and implementation partners
