- Willingness to travel for onsite events and meetings as needed (primarily in Virginia Beach, VA)

Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager is in charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing operational Talent Acquisition staff and system-wide Talent Acquisition initiatives. Responsible for all full-time, part-time, flexi-pool, and temporary hiring. The Manager will lead the operational framework for the system's Talent Acquisition strategy, providing strategic programs and policies to drive contemporary Talent Acquisition practices. This position serves as an influential advisor who understands evolving business contexts and stakeholder expectations, and translates them into innovative recruitment strategies/processes. Talent Manager will influence outcomes and communicate closely with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Specialists by sharing best practices and using a customer-focused approach to understanding the needs of hiring leaders. They will oversee the effective attraction, screening, selection, and development of a high-performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline to drive business results in alignment with organizational and functional HR strategies. Effectively maintain confidentiality and operate with efficiency/integrity within a rapidly changing environment. Drive organizational dedication, accountability, and deliver operational excellence.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
Certification/Licensure:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP (Preferred)
Experience:
- 5 years of recruiting experience (Required)
- 3 years of manager experience (Required)
