SUMMARY:
The Sr Analyst, Total Rewards is a key strategic partner responsible for collaborating on design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation and benefits programs. The Sr Analyst, Total Rewards is exempt and will report to the Director, Total Rewards and will help guide the Company’s total rewards package to be competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals in order to attract and retain top talent. This role blends deep analytical work with strategy and employee-centric communication.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in annual benchmarking surveys and market pricing cycles to ensure competitive pay positioning
- Conduct regular audits to ensure internal equity and compliance with global pay transparency laws
- Assist with annual merit and bonus cycle
- Utilizing market data, maintain and update salary grades, ranges, and geographic differentials as required
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to health, dental, vision, and retirement (401k) plans
- Lead the annual open enrollment process, including vendor coordination and employee education
- Oversee FMLA, disability, and parental leave policies in collaboration with Vendor, Legal and HRBP teams
- Act as the subject matter expert for Total Rewards modules within Workday, ensuring data integrity
- Create clear communications to help employees understand the full value of their rewards
- Ensure all programs comply with FLSA, ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other local, state, and federal regulations
- Lead the annual ACA process
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Exceptional understanding of standard payroll processes, including tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional understanding of total rewards programs
- Proficient in payroll and benefits software applications, preferably Workday, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and vendors
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits; experience in a "Sr Analyst" or "Lead" capacity preferred
- Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with Workday HRIS platform
- Certifications: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) is a strong plus
