- Pay: $18.50/hr + differential for 2nd/3rd/weekends
- Front of Weekdays: Mon–Weds, 6:00am–6:00pm
- Front of Weeknights: Mon–Weds, 6:00pm–6:30am — +10% differential
- End of Weeknights: Thurs–Sat, 6:00pm–6:30am — +15% differential

Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
- Assist with equipment setup, startup, and cleanup.
- Perform in-process testing, filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, palletizing, and hand packing.
- Maintain GMP documentation and support breakdown investigations and repairs.
- Observe equipment and apply troubleshooting practices to optimize performance.
- Perform changeovers and cleanups to maintain patient safety and uphold cGMP standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No previous work experience required.
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field.
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment and/or pharmaceutical production/packaging.
- Preferred: Mechanical aptitude/proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read work instructions and procedures/manuals/diagrams
Environmental Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety standards.
- Cleanroom requirements: No hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, or facial hair allowed.
- Exposure to loud noises from equipment/machinery.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, and ear plugs.
- Standing for full shift.
- Operate a walk behind forklift (walkie stacker)
- Ability to hand scoop 5 lbs. intermittently throughout the workday
- Ability to manipulate/handle drums weighing up to 132 lbs. and lift containers and/or tooling weighing up to 44 lbs. intermittently throughout the workday
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $18.50/hr
- Additional shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions
