**Contract to Hire**
What you will be doing as the Workday Recruiting Coordinator:
- Manage Workday.
- Responsible for hiring individuals into Workday and restarting background checks.
- Solve common issues: Candidate profiles merged incorrectly, Candidate hired in for incorrect date, candidate can not access their Offer letter/does not have it in Workday tasks, etc.
- Assist recruitment team with any tasks needed.
- May potentially help schedule interviews for higher level roles, creating agendas for corporate TA visitors.
- Possibility to take on conversions once our backlog is cleaned up.
- May help with sourcing based on bandwidth.
What you will need as the Workday Recruiting Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have experience with Workday
- 2+ years recruiting coordination in industrial, production or warehousing industry
- First Advantage experience is a plus
- Ability to solve common Workday issues.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
